The Dubuque Dragon Boat Association will host the 38th Annual Dubuque Dragon Boat Races September 12-13.
Festivities will be at Riverview Park and feature Taiwanese style dragon boats with the added thrill of flag catchers perched on the dragon’s head. This long-running festival typically draws teams from as far away as Minnesota (us!) and Ontario, Canada.
